The Goal of this site is to open the lines of communication between ANYONE in Guruland, from Pod leaders to overnighters and everyone in between. 

What's so great about it?

• Creates a dialogue about certain issues that could be hard to bring up but need to be talked about
• Pod leaders can keep a pulse on what guruland is thinking, feeling and talking about as a whole (could be especially great metrics for those monday pod leader meetings)
• We can focus our energy on what is working
• Cut the learning curve on how to make Guruland as efficient as possible
• Get more ideas and solutions on topics since more heads are thinking
• We become even more transparent as a unit
• See what really matters to us and what doesn't based on upvotes
• We can refine training for new hires with recent hires feedback

-We take action on what we talk about
